Is the capsule machine a blind box?

No. The machine on our homepage is free and just for fun: twist it and it shows you one of our 26 bag charms, then links to its page. Nothing is charged and nothing is added to your cart. Every product we sell names exactly what you get, including the material and size you choose. We do not sell blind boxes, mystery items or random picks.

What is the difference between PVC, acrylic and plush?

Same character, three bodies. PVC is a chunky, glossy 3D figure you can turn in your hand. Acrylic is flat and clear, with the artwork printed on it and a glassy edge; it is the lightest. Plush is soft and stitched, with an embroidered face, and a little bigger. Pick the material on the product page; the price changes with it.

What is included with a bag charm?

One charm in the material you choose, with a silver-tone lobster clasp on an 11 cm ball chain. Bags and outfits in our photos are not included.

What is in a series set?

Exactly the pieces listed on the set’s page, for example two bag charms and a keychain duo. Nothing random is ever added. The set has its own fixed price.

Are the characters licensed from someone?

No. Every character is an original NUVELTOO design. We do not use licensed cartoons, mascots or other brands’ characters.

Are the charms suitable for children?

Bag charms, keychains and sets are decorative accessories for teens and adults, not toys. They contain small parts (clasps, rings and chains) and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP), euros (EUR), Danish kroner (DKK) and Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices follow your delivery country and always show the currency code. You can switch with the round language and currency button; at checkout the currency follows your billing country.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

One flat tracked rate per order: 9 USD, 5 GBP, 7 EUR, 60 DKK or 88 SEK. We dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery times by country are on our Shipping page.

Can I return something?

Yes. Return unused items within 30 days of delivery. EU and UK customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which you can use online on the Withdraw from contract here page. See Returns & Refunds.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement as NUVELTOO.

Do you have discount codes or sales?

Not at the moment. The price you see is the price you pay (plus delivery).

What are the tees and socks made of?

The fibre composition is printed on the sewn-in label of every tee and sock. If you would like to know it before ordering, email us and we will confirm it for your size.
