We draw ridiculous characters and turn them into small things you can clip onto a bag: toast with legs, a toaster that will not stop talking, an ice-cream scoop worn as a helmet.
Ridiculous, on purpose
NUVELTOO starts with a doodle and a bad idea that makes us laugh: what if the toast got up and left? What if the toaster never stopped talking? What if an ice-cream scoop was your helmet on the hottest day of the year? If the idea still makes us laugh a week later, it becomes a character.
One character, three bodies
Every character is made three ways. As a PVC figure, chunky and glossy. As a flat acrylic charm with the artwork printed on clear acrylic. And as a soft plush with an embroidered face. Same pose, same colours, same silly expression; you choose how it feels on your bag.
Six series, one parade
The characters live in six series: Breakfast Riot, Melt Down, Veg Out, Kitchen Drawer, Weather Report and Odd Pets. The same characters also turn up as keychain duos, on tees and knitted into socks, so a charm on your bag can match the socks on your feet.
What we will not do
- No blind boxes. The capsule machine on our homepage is for discovering characters, not for selling random ones. Every product says exactly what is inside.
- No borrowed characters. Everything is drawn by us; no licensed cartoons or other brands’ mascots.
- No mean jokes. Absurd, yes. At someone’s expense, no.
