Withdraw from contract

Use this form to withdraw from a purchase within the withdrawal period, or to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason.

After you confirm, we email you an acknowledgement with the date and time we received your withdrawal. Within two working days we send you the return address and instructions. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
